The Effortless Living Project

My life is one long spiritual journey into my own darkness. For whatever reason, I have been beset by existential conflict which have forced me to seek healing modalities that would end my suffering. The process has led me over the last decade into diverse modalities from Tantra, ISTA, Astrology to Vipassana, breathwork, strength training and more.

Having dived into and obsessed over spiritual teachings for years out of necessity, I am now at the part of my journey where I feel called to share what I have learned and support others who are struggling to find peace within through self understanding.
